What does pre-order mean?
It allows you to get early access to the next collection of most wanted products before they're released.
When will my pre-order item arrive?
If your item(s) are marked as “Pre-Order” please expect a 5-6 weeks delivery window to receive your products. As soon as your item has been fulfilled, and is ready to be shipped, you'll receive an automated email confirmation.
When do I have to pay?
Pre-order items require full payment at checkout to be eligible to order.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
You may cancel your order before it has been processed either by receiving a tracking confirmation, or a notification of your order being marked as fulfilled.
Please note we only offer store credit.

If your order has already been prepared, we can't cancel your order — but we do offer a Free Returns service.
Can I change my delivery address?
We typically do not change addresses placed on orders for security reasons. If you would like to update your address, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to update.
Please note we are unable to update an order once it has been fulfilled, and/or packed.
Are pre-order items refundable?
No, we only offer store credit for pre-order items.
Will pre-order items be delivered with my other orders?
If you purchase in-stock products with pre-order all of your items will delivered together according to the expected release date for the pre-order item.
Is there a limit on purchasing pre-order items?
There may be order limits on some pre-order items. This is so everyone has a chance to get to purchase the items.
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return your order to us within 14 days to receive a store credit only.
How do I exchange or return an item(s)?
All exchanges and/or returned products must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
